For nearly 70 years, Cincinnati Gilbert has been manufacturing some the most accurate and durable Horizontal Boring Mills in the industry. Our most custom designed machines are almost legendary including applications utilizing 12' vertical travels, 80' horizontal travels, pallet changers, automatic tool changers, laser feedback and fully articulating heads. These custom machines can handle anything from the heaviest of components to delicate 5-sided machining and can be designed for virtually any product or application. We can also incorporate a variety of CNC control packages including GE Fanuc, Vickers, Autocon and the newest in open architecture controls.

Rotary Table
As a complement to any our machines or as a stand alone unit, Cincinnati Gilbert offers a complete line of manual and CNC controlled Rotary Tables. Our manual "Airmist" tables range in size from 36" in diameter to 72" X 96" rectangular table tops. Each table comes with 4 positive index stops at 90 degree increments, with options for additional index stops, power clamping and Sensidex index pin and clamp control.

Our CNC controlled "Powerfeed' rotary tables offer full contouring capability in an affordable table ranging from 36" diameter to 96" square. Each Powerfeed rotary table comes with 4 adjustable index positions, power clamping and automatic lubrication. We also offer a line of tilt rotary tables for 5-sided machining.
